In this 3 hour workshop we will explore the history and science behind the Mind-Body connection, mindful games to increase attention and focus and yoga postures designed for the classroom.
• Learn which yoga postures expel energy for antsy students and which increase energy and focus to support the classroom environment.
• Mindful Games, Breathing and Transitions
• Training Manual includes Sample Sequences that can be implemented right in the classroom.
• Continuing Education Credits for most professions.
