In this 3 hour workshop we will explore the history and science behind the Mind-Body connection, mindful games to increase attention and focus and yoga postures designed for the classroom.

• Training Manual Includes: 10 Sample Sequences for the Classroom, 5 Guided Visualzations and dozens of mindfulness activities, games and breathing techniques.
