Yoga has been a part of my life for nearly 10 years. My practice has helped me overcome stress and anxiety as well as increased my strength and flexibility both on and off the mat. Through yoga, I learned to invite more kindness and awareness into my life helping me live each moment more mindfully.

I’m completing my 200-hour YTT with now:yoga and I recently completed the Petit Yogi kids yoga workshop. I’ve worked with kids for 7 years as a caregiver and I’m beyond blessed to be able to combine the two things I love the most – kids & yoga!
