Dorian started practicing yoga in 2017. What began as a fun way to exercise, quickly led to a daily practice and then to teaching yoga in 2022. Practicing and teaching yoga is a perfect compliment to her degrees in Education and Psychology. Her background in these fields aides her in designing classes that help students reach success in the classroom, balance their energy, and find a happy headspace. Dorian’s classes are filled with playful movement, mindfulness techniques, and music.
Outside of teaching, Dorian enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and taking walks with her big goofy yellow lab.
