Mind-Body Practices for the Classroom

In this 2 hour workshop we will explore the history and science behind the mind-body connection, mindful games to increase attention and focus and yoga postures designed for the classroom.

• Learn which yoga postures expel energy for antsy students and which increase energy and focus to support the classroom environment.

• Mindful games, breathing, and transitions

• Training manual includes: Sample sequences for the classroom, guided visualizations, and dozens of mindfulness activities, games and breathing techniques.

• Continuing education credits for most professions.
