Baby’s first yoga class will introduce poses that will help improve digestion and relieve gas pain, along with tools for tummy time and increasing sleep patterns.

Designed for pre-walking babies.

Postnatal Mamas will learn the importance of finding balance within their new normal, while being introduced to a gentle practice to ease tired muscles and rebuild core strength.

No Yoga Experience Necessary!
